This is in accordance with the government and Ministry of Transport policies as stated in the amended concession agreement between the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), and Northern Bangkok Expressway Company Limited (NECL) to facilitate people’s travel during holidays and help reduce their expenses, as well as reduce traffic congestion in front of expressway toll booths.
